Located at the intersection of West Derby Road and Green Lane, Carlton Court sits on a site once home to the Coconut Grove nightclub, later known as The Venue, and the Carlton Theatre & Cinema before that. This application aims to revitalise a vacant site in the heart of Tuebrook, and we believe the best way to do this is by working with neighbouring residents and business owners. 

We are conducting this consultation exercise to involve everyone in the initial stages of our plan-making process. We encourage any concerns, questions or suggestions that people may have to ensure that the final scheme we submit as a planning application to Liverpool City Council considers the wider community's needs. Your input is important to us.
